Different user types have different levels of access to the API, and different keys available.
Admin users:
Superior or Business level account admins can create admin level keys for themselves, or to be distributed to staff.
Sub users:
Users sitting underneath the admin level can only create sandboxed keys for use with their personal workspace. They cannot assign admin keys to themselves. If an admin key is required and the admin has not already provided this – we’d advise sending a request to the admin.
