Using Alert Log

With our fantastic Alert Log tool found in-app you can get a full view of when, why and how your alerts were sent out from the StatusCake app. You’ll be able to see the exact timings, recipients, and details on which test alerted – allowing you to quickly troubleshoot any problems you are having with alerting, such as a restrictive email inbox.

You can find the Alert Log feature within the Contact groups section here. Just click the History button next to the relevant group to load the alerting history.

You can view a full record for each group from the History page, and the data will be stored for a full 7 days from the time that the alert was sent out, giving you plenty of time to audit the results.
