Some monitored domains can miss some data such as expiration dates or contact data. Unfortunately, some registrars do not provide some of this data causing it to appear as missing.

Sometimes we’re able to take an estimated guess like the expiration date if the registration date is known. If neither is known, we ask you to provide the registration date. This can be found in the control panel of your registrar.

In the worst cases, the registrar provides no information on domains. These are marked as unsupported but can be manually edited so we can still alert you for expiration.

We actively try to resolve most missing data by finding new sources. We do apologize for the missing data.
