Black Friday 2021 terms and conditions

1. The StatusCake Black Friday promotional offer (the “BF 2021 Promotion”) commences on 22nd November 2021 at 00:01 GMT and ends on 6th December 2021 at 00:00 GMT (the “Promotion Period”)

2. The BF 2021 Promotion is available to any StatusCake customer who is not currently on a StatusCake Paid Plan and provided always that the StatusCake customer was: (a) not on a StatusCake Paid Plan seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the BF Promotion Period; and/or (b) benefited from StatusCake’s 2020 Black Friday promotional offer (each a “Qualifying StatusCake Customer”).

3. A “StatusCake Paid Plan” is a paid subscription for either a StatusCake Superior Monthly, Superior Yearly, Business Monthly, or Business Yearly plan where the StatusCake Qualifying Customer is paying for such subscription in-app by way of debit or credit card. For the avoidance of doubt the BF 2021 Promotion does not apply to payment of a StatusCake paid plan by way of invoice/bank transfer.

4. The Black Friday 2021 Promotion entitles a Qualifying StatusCake Customer, signing up for a StatusCake Paid Plan during the Promotion Period, to a forty per-cent (40%) reduction in the price of their StatusCake Paid Plan (the “Discount Coupon”) for a period of twelve (12) months from sign-up (the “Twelve Month Period”).

5. Each StatusCake Paid Plan will auto-renew until otherwise cancelled by the Qualifying StatusCake Customer in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. At the end of the Twelve Month Period and upon the commencement of the next billing period (monthly or yearly as applicable), the Discount Coupon will not be applied to the StatusCake Paid Plan and the StatusCake Paid Plan will revert to full price.

6. In the event that StatusCake Paid Plan falls into payment arrears and/or the StatusCake Qualifying Customer is in breach of our Terms and Conditions, then notwithstanding those rights and remedies that StatusCake might otherwise have, the Promotion will be terminated for that StatusCake Qualifying Customer, and the Discount Coupon will be immediately removed from the StatusCake Paid Plan.

7. This promotion is not valid with any other promotional offer or discount.

8. StatusCake shall have the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to end the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period whether for all StatusCake customers, a segment of StatusCake customers, and/or any individual StatusCake customer.

9. The Terms and Conditions shall apply to all StatusCake Paid Plans, and to the BF 2021 Promotion. Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Black Friday 2021 Promotional Terms & Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions, then the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

10. This Promotion is governed by English law. Both parties submit to the exclusion jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Promotional Terms or their subject matter.
