Non-Engineering Recruitment Process

Review | We review all applications to screen for a variety of criteria. | 1-3 Days | ||
Video | Candidates are asked to submit answers to questions via video. | Week 1 | ||
Interview | We’ll conduct online interviews to get to know you better. | Week 1 | ||
1-2 Hour Task | You’ll conduct a task working with the Hiring Manager or one of the team you’d be working in to help us determine how well we work together. | Week 2 | ||
Team Fit Interview | A final 30 minute interview with a member of the senior team or the CEO. | Week 3 | ||
Offer | We will make an offer to the candidate we feel is best fit for the role. | Week 3 |
