Are you considering applying or have applied for a non-engineering role at StatusCake? Here is the process you can expect to follow.

Review 

We review all applications to screen for a variety of criteria.

1-3 Days

Video 

Candidates are asked to submit answers to questions via video.

Week 1

Interview

We’ll conduct online interviews to get to know you better.

Week 1 

1-2 Hour 

Task

You’ll conduct a task working with the Hiring Manager or one of the team you’d be working in to help us determine how well we work together.  

Week 2

Team Fit Interview

A final 30 minute interview with a member of the senior team or the CEO.

Week 3

Offer

We will make an offer to the candidate we feel is best fit for the role.
